Fantastic Plastic is a collection of objects handcrafted entirely from recycled plastic in Lebanon, in collaboration with Plastc_lab. Much like Frankétienne’s Spiralism, the collection rejects the straight line. Chaos reigns: matter melts, falls, twists, and get caught in motion. No two pieces come out the same.
The colors come directly from what was discarded. Red from Halawi sweet caps; others from shampoo bottles, industrial offcuts and local plastic waste. What was thrown away becomes the material and the accident becomes part of the design.
