Embroidered flowers on silk and tulle are carefully cut out and reassembled onto a base, then mounted on a raffia structure reinforced with boning to preserve its form. The composition is subsequently suspended in layers of scented beeswax infused with essential oils.
The wax acts as a preservative skin, stabilizing an otherwise fragile surface. Visitors are encouraged to crush the piece by hand, breaking the wax shell to release its fragrance and gradually reveal the textile beneath. The scent lingers on the skin for a while after contact, leaving a subtle trace of the encounter long after the physical interaction has ended.
